In an octopus's garden...

Just emerged from the Indian Ocean, amazing world down there. We didn't see the whale shark that was around yesterday, (which would have been really cool) but there was a lot to see anyway. Two meter long napoleonfish, clownfish (like Nemo) butterflyfish, bannerfish, two octopussies making out and lots more. No cod like at home, only colours and coral. To think that there's all this going on down there when all we normally see is the surface.
All went well, I passed my PADI Scuba Diver licence with flying colours and will continue tomorrow onto the Open Water certificate.

Little news, just making friends here in Malindi. I just can't help wondering when they'll start asking for something in return, like almost everyone does when dealing with whiteskinned mzungu.
